Troubleshooting Your Stall Monitor

Before you start, confirm that you have:

  • A stable internet connection on your mobile device
  • The Horcery app downloaded on your mobile device and logged into the organization account
  • Admin access to your organization

Step 1: Check All Power Connections

Before you start, confirm that you have:

  • A stable internet connection on your mobile device
  • The Horcery app downloaded on your mobile device and logged into the organization account
  • Admin access to your organization

Step 2: Power Cycle the Device

Resetting the hardware often clears temporary glitches.

  • Locate the Power Switch on your plug point.
  • Switch it to the OFF position.
  • Wait 10 seconds, then switch it back to ON.

Step 3: Verify the Status Light

After power cycling, a status light should appear in the top right corner of your Stall Monitor within approximately 30 seconds.

During startup, the light will first turn blue while the device boots, then switch to green once it is fully online. The full process takes approximately 2–3 minutes. Use the guide below to identify what each status light indicates:

Blue: Stall Monitor is currently booting up.

Green: Stall Monitor is online.

Red: Stall Monitor is offline or has a hardware failure. Please contact support for further assistance.

No Light: Stall Monitor is not receiving power. Please try a different plug point.

If your stall monitor is blank or not appearing on the Horcery application, follow these three steps to get it back online.

Step 1: Check All Power Connections

A loose cable is the most common cause of a blank or not appearing Stall Monitor . Please verify the connection at these three points:

  • The Power Socket: Ensure the plug is pushed firmly into the wall outlet.
  • The PoE Injector: Check that the Ethernet/power cables are clicked securely into the injector.
  • The Stall Monitor: Ensure the cable is fully plugged into the port on the back of the monitor itself.
