Every horse deserves the care and protection needed to live a healthy, safe, and fulfilling life, whether in competition, rehabilitation, or retirement. Safeguarding their well-being starts with vigilance, early intervention, and the right tools to support caregivers. That is why Horcery, the leader in equine monitoring technology, is proud to be a Corporate Partner of the EQUUS Foundation as part of its #HorseProtectors initiative, joining a dedicated network of organizations committed to safeguarding horses and improving their care, one stall at a time.
At the heart of this mission is Days End Farm Horse Rescue (DEFHR), a sanctuary for neglected and abused horses that provides rehabilitation, retraining, and rehoming opportunities. To support their mission, Horcery is providing its industry-leading AI Stall Monitors to keep a watchful eye on equine residents, track their behavior and health in real time, and help DEFHR staff stay ahead of potential health issues before they escalate. In a place where second chances are everything, Horcery’s innovation is making those chances even stronger.
But Horcery’s impact doesn’t stop in the barn. As a proud EQUUS Foundation partner, we recently had the privilege of standing alongside fellow horse advocates to celebrate the 2024 U.S. Paralympic Dressage Team, recipients of the EQUUS Spirit Award. Fresh off a historic gold medal victory—the first ever for Team USA in Paralympic equestrian history—these athletes exemplify resilience, precision, and the extraordinary partnership between horse and rider. Led by Chef d’Équipe Michel Assouline, the team shattered records with the highest combined score in Paralympic dressage history. If ever there was a testament to the power of horses to elevate the human spirit, this was it.
For Horcery CEO Matti Hiob, this partnership reflects a core belief: that technology has the power to elevate equine care. “Horses give us everything, whether in competition, therapy, or simply through their presence, and they deserve the very best care in return. Partnering with the EQUUS Foundation and supporting DEFHR allows us to put innovation to work where it matters most. Our AI Stall Monitors aren’t just about data. They’re about giving caregivers the tools to act faster, intervene sooner, and improve the lives of these incredible animals.”
From safeguarding rescue horses to celebrating world-class equestrian athletes, Horcery is proving that technology and tradition aren’t at odds- they’re the future. And if that future means happier, healthier horses across all disciplines, then that’s a race worth winning. Learn more about Horcery’s AI Stall Monitor today.
